I went to Women's Conference as a Young Single Adult twice and thoroughly enjoyed it. So, this year (since I will not be producing a baby or nursing one at the time of conference...) I am going. I extend the invitation to anyone who would like to join me. It is April 30th- May 1st. I am looking forward to being uplifted and having some fun! Here is a little information from the Women's Conference website:
"I am delighted to welcome you to BYU Women’s Conference 2009. Our theme this year is “In the Strength of the Lord.” The scriptures repeatedly remind us that when we put our trust and confidence in the Lord’s strength we can be prepared for any challenge, do any hard thing, face any difficulty, and feel at peace in any circumstance. At a time when the world attempts to entice women away from fundamental and eternal truths, we have the reassurance that the Lord’s promises are sure. As David sung in Psalm 27, “The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid.”
We hope that you will sense the Lord’s strength in your life through the truths he has revealed, the gifts he has given, the tender mercies he has shown, and the opportunities he has given us to grow and serve. We hope that through your participation in Women’s Conference, you will have reaffirmed in your “hearts the reality that the principles of the gospel are timeless and timely and that eternal truths supply precise answers for our present need.” (Barbara B. Smith, Ensign, November, 1983, p. 84) May we build upon this gospel foundation to forge a season of strength—the Lord’s strength—that will enable us to be steadfast and immovable in standing as witnesses of our Savior and Redeemer.
We also invite you to join us for our marvelous service event, “Joy Beyond Measure” on Thursday evening. We know you will enjoy an evening of fund, practical hints and ideas, and service. More details about the service event can be found on this Web site.

I'm glad that you will be able to go to the conference! Sounds like fun.
Did you have any trouble picking up the pictures? I meant to tell you that I left the receipt at Teresa's because I forgot to give it to Kairsee. I hope I didn't cause you any trouble!
It was so good seeing you guys. Your children are so darn cute and real sweeties! I'm glad everyone got to meet Reagan. When we got home she was SOOOO excited to be in the house again. I was very surprised that she remembered KY so well.We are still working on the time adjustment though!
I really want to go to this!! I have never been but have heard such wonderful things. Let plan on it!! Are we still hanging out tonight or tomorrow??
